I know very little about effluent or how to spread it, so it became a very fun job. I learned a lot; talking to the people who made the equipment and also the people who used it. My job was to give the brand a consistent tone of voice and make a shitty subject fun to read and persuasive. Sell the benefits without putting people off. It was supposed to be only one page but it turned into a website, blogs, email copy and newsletters.
