Spark plan launch

I was asked to help roll out Spark's new "Unbeatable unlimited mobile plan". In such a competitive environment, speed was essential. I had to write emails to all of Spark's customers to let them know about this amazing new plan. The customer matrix was very complex - over fifty different eDM's had to be written.
