Everyone was excited about the newly designed Westpac portal for business, and the bank wanted to let everyone know what to look forward to. Hurrah! The only trouble was that a website is static - nothing happens, which is not great for video. To convey the excitement of the site we had to talk to a customer who was excited about using the site. And then once we found a business person who loved talking about the site, where should we put them. Someone sitting in an office, surrounded by white walls, waxing lyrical about making money transfers is hardly engaging, so we landed on a business that was outdoors and good show how well the site worked while they were on the move.
